I do agree with Martin Sorrell (mostly)

The development of markets (phd & capital) is changing a lot in our (western) world. I quite agree, we have to start rethinking a lot of things over here. China and India already exceed most single western countries when it comes to the amount of qualified new workers pouring into the labour market. This has advantages and upsides for our markets, but also shows how much more growth and innovation will come from these new power houses. This can have a severe impact on our economies, if we do not start changing things.
